Cookies are backed and decorated when each order is placed. It takes 3-5 days to prepare each order and 1-2 days to package and ship your order.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Orders can only be cancelled by email notice to info@badmoonbakery.com within 18 hours of your order After that time, your cookies will be being created by our artistans. Cookies with strong and bold colors (especially black) will likely cause temporary discoloring of the mouth. The decorations on the cookies are made primarily from Royal Icing, a hard candy sugar icing. Larger cookie decorations, like a rose, will be hard and should not be bitten into with teeth. Review the list of potentially included ingredients and allergens before purchasing any cookies.
